Our experience arranging a bridge loan with Golden Gate Lending was excellent. We had an opportunity to bid on a probate trust sale on a newly listed home, but the sellers only allowed 7 days for submitting offers and the trust wanted to close in15 days. Local lenders here in Central California told us they could not fund us in that timeframe. I was fortunate enough to be referred by a local mortgage broker to Jamie Shea at Golden Gate Lending. He was able to walk us through the approval and funding process in detail and was willing to work over the weekend to meet our deadline.
