Sofia Nadjibi, MBA, is the founder and driving force behind Golden Gate Lending Group, and author of Power of Bridge Loans. With over 25 years in the mortgage business, Sofia has dedicated her career to helping clients navigate the challenges of California’s luxury real estate market with precision and confidence.
Specializing in Owner-Occupied and Consumer Bridge Loans ranging from $1M to $15M, Sofia and the Golden Gate Lending Group team have closed nearly $1B in loans-building a legacy grounded in expertise, trust, and client-focused service.
Originally from Sweden, Sofia relocated to the Bay Area in 1995, where she discovered her passion for lending and real estate while earning her MBA in Finance and Real Estate. Residing in Tiburon with her husband Bob, a dentist, and their four children, Benjamin, Hannah, Simon, and Eliana, Sofia brings the same dedication to her family as she does to her clients.
Known for her personable, hands-on approach, Sofia has built an extensive network of trusted partners and collaborators. After earning a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Nevada, Reno, Jamie entered the fast paced mortgage industry, quickly finding a niche in short-term bridge loans. Born and raised in Marin County, Emma brings a deep love for the Bay Area and a passion for helping clients and partners navigate the real estate landscape. She joined Golden Gate Lending Group as a marketing and business development intern while completing her Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Business Administration at the University of Oregon, contributing to agent outreach, event coordination, and social media growth.
After graduation, she officially joined the team full-time playing a key role in supporting both the marketing and operational sides of the business. From building and maintaining agent relationships, managing social media, and planning events, to coordinating email campaigns and assisting with loan processes, she ensures every detail runs smoothly and the team can deliver a seamless experience to clients.
