She specializes in owner-occupied bridge financing, structuring strategic loan solutions from $1M to $15M. Under her leadership, Golden Gate Lending Group has closed nearly $1 billion in loans. Originally from Sweden, Sofia moved to the Bay Area in 1995 and earned her MBA with a focus on Finance and Real Estate. Known for her strategic, personalized approach, she helps clients navigate complex transactions with clarity, confidence, and discretion.
