Sofia Nadjibi, MBA, is the founder of Golden Gate Lending Group, bringing more than 25 years of mortgage lending experience and deep expertise in California’s luxury real estate market. She specializes in owner-occupied bridge financing, structuring strategic loan solutions from $1M to $15M. Under her leadership, Golden Gate Lending Group has closed nearly $1 billion in loans. Originally from Sweden, Sofia moved to the Bay Area in 1995 and earned her MBA with a focus on Finance and Real Estate. Known for her strategic, personalized approach, she helps clients navigate complex transactions with clarity, confidence, and discretion.

Emma Murphy is the Marketing Director and Loan Support professional at Golden Gate Lending Group, supporting marketing strategy, business development, partner relationships, and client experience. Born and raised in Marin County, Emma brings a strong understanding of the Bay Area real estate landscape and a passion for building meaningful industry connections. She joined the firm while completing her undergraduate degree, initially supporting outreach and brand development before transitioning into a full-time role.
